Need help with reactivating account

I need help. I have public mobile account that i didnt pay for few months. the account is associated with 

I tried to reactivate the account (i even paid) but dont seem to be able to activate my existing ph#

Your account is now closed so you need to go to back to Freedom Mobile and open a new account with them to see if your number has no been assigned to anyone.

BTW, this is a public community forum so click on the V in circle and edit out your number.

if that account was suspended for 90 days or more; it’s been deactivated. You’d need a new sim to start a new account.

How did you pay when you paid ?

@SAM147534  If the account was suspended more then 90 days then the account is closed and the number would go back to the original carrier it came from . 
but since you say you made payment you may wish to contact support to see if they can help retrieve account and number for you and if not at least get a refund back
