While doing my activation, something went wrong when porting my old number from bell to my new public account. I am unable to access help over the phone, but was told by a representative from telus that somebody on this forum could help. This is the last attempt i can reasonably make before having to switch to another provider. Cannot even restart activation process and have spent multiple days so far trying to fix this issue.
