Need help trying to reset password.

HI,
 
I tried logging on and the password wasn't working. So I tried resetting my password and I keep receiving this error message: "There was an error resetting your password. Please try again later."
 
Is there any way to resolve this?
 
I'm trying to log on to be able to change my payment settings in order not to lose service.
 
Any help would be much appreciated.

@A_shayegh1945 did you try to use Incognito mode to reset password? or try 9n a different laptop or desktop computer 

 

 

if nothing works, PM support will be your friend then, please open ticket with them

 

1.  Open ticket with Chatbot for faster response (2-48 hours), using direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Forgot Login Information", then click "Contact Us",, then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

2. if you have problem with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there

@A_shayegh1945  I’m the mean time if you know your PIN number to account you can *611 to make payments also or get a voucher and no pin needed and *611
