@CS_Agent  I am a new user and I bought a esim card yesterday. It said it activated but I have no service. Can someone please help me

Are you on iPhone or Android?

So, you got passed the step about installing eSIM or the QR code process?

Try to reboot the phone once, click Reset All networks and see if it helps (Please note that will also delete your saved Wifi and Bluetooth connection and you need to add them back after)
