I purchased a cell phone October 18/22 and my money was withdrawn. As of Nov 4/22 I still don't have my cell in hand. How do I contact them asking for assistance? Thanks in advance.

I guess the only answer you will get 'we are processing your order' or 'your order is in the mail'. Just be a patient a little bit more as even SIM travel 2-4 weeks from PM.
If you have tracking number that would help.

@banana29 Did you receive an email confirming the order? There might be a link there to track the delivery.

Only the CS_Agent can follow up with your order. Have your order number ready so they can look it up but it is up to Canada Post or a courier timeline.
A CS_Agent can be contacted by putting in a ticket through SIMon Chatbot (bottle of page) or private message (envelope icon above) them on this page.
