Hello, I'm having trouble accessing my Public Mobile account and need assistance transferring my phone number to Rogers. My old phone with an eSIM stopped working, and I'm unable to complete the transfer.

Can someone please help me resolve this issue? Thank you.

@AdamR___   Since you're transferring from PM to Rogers you need for your PM account to be working.  If your new phone is esim capable, just download the PM app and log in to your existing account (use the email option if necessary) buy a new esim (should be free if you already had one).  Then you should be able to receive the SMS authorization to port out.

if your Rogers esim no longer working, you have to arrange with PM first and ask them to accept your verbal approval to the port instead of via sms

once you arranged with Rogers, call back Public Mobile porting department and ask them to re-send  the port request to Rogers.  I will send you the porting support phone number to your Community inbox here
