Cannot sign into online account as my email is being used on a separate account

How many accounts do you have? There should be a separate email for the account you need the number for.
Maybe do search for the Welcome to PM for this account or contact a CS_Agent to help.

Have you ever created a My Account before? If notm and you are a current customer (have been active within 90 days and have not ported out to another provider), you can submit a ticket here directly to: Create or forgot My Account email or password link

Each PM account/cell number needs a separate email address.
You will need to contact customer service agent to gain access to your account.
