Hello, I just purchased a plan with e-sim ,but apparently my phone is not e-sim compatible .

I need either a physical sim card, or a refund.

hi @Marali what phone do you have? tje not compatible error at thr end sometime is not true 

Try to scan the QR code from PM Welcome email and see if it installed

if not, then submit ticket with CS agent here:

The cost of an eSIM is free so your refund is $0.

Did you check to see if your phone is eSIM compatible first before sign up?

You can purchase a SIM from a Telus/Koodo store for $10 or from Amazon for $4.99.

If you already signed up for a plan and have been charged, fastest way to get a physical SIM is to call your local Telus stores to see if they have them available. If they do they are $10 each. You can purchase off of Amazon as well...  Public Mobile SIM   Depending where you are, Kijiji might work too.

Esims are free for new activations, so you shouldn't have had to pay for it.

Usually PM is no refunds but you can contact support and they might make an exception. If you want to continue with PM your best bet is to order a SIM off Amazon (https://www.amazon.ca/Public-prepaid-postpaid-Activate-Allinone/dp/B06X9ZGDWG/ref=mp_s_a_1_2?crid=2E...) as the ones direct from here can take quite a while to receive.
