Hi every one I have paid for a plan on an e sim , but my phone is not e sim compatible. now I have a physical sim card . Does any body know how I can activate the previous plan on my physical sim ?

Hello, I just purchased a plan with e-sim ,but apparently my phone is not e-sim compatible .I need either a physical sim card, or a refund.thank you
