I have been waiting for 30 days and have not received my SIM in the mail, in addition to having been billed and unable to receive customer support. Please advise how this can be resolved.

Did you receive any tracking info when you purchased it?
If not, i would contact a support agent and ask if they can provide a resolution, you should not be charged before getting/activating your sim.

@ABCShmoo You can buy SIM card from Telus Koodo store . Or order from amazon . Contact support they may credit you for the cost of buying new sim or send you a new one
submit ticket with support . using the chat bubble bottom right of screen

If that doesn’t work you can always send private message to support .
