Need OTP

On the PM app, I try to login but it requires my OTP. I never got my OTP through sms.  I tried resend many times, still no OTP.
I cannot find the access to OTP through email. Please assist me.
I am a new user with a new number from PM. Clement Chan xxx xxx xxxx. I have been asking for help on the community for the past week and I am not getting any help. I need access to my account.

Hello @ ClementChan,

You will need to access the community account in My Settings-Personal-Account Information and verify if the phone number is correct. Then, on the same page, go to Manage Ever Safe ID, check here as well if the phone number is correct, if not, update it. Then log off, log in again, and check once more if you receive the code.

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after ticket submitted, CS Agent will reply to you there
