@Robturner2866Hi Rob, sorry you are having trouble is it only outgoing calls? Have you tried multiple numbers or is it only 1? What about imcomming? Does your MMS/Data/SMS work? Are you conneted to Public Mobile? Can you dial 611? What is the error code? Does it give you a error message? Is your account currently paid up and active?
Have you confirmed your device status? https://www.devicecheck.ca/check-status-device-canada/ While uncommon its not impossible for a device to be added to this list by mistake and be blasklisted.
You will have to provide alot more details and we may be able to help you.

Log into self serve- does it show your account as "active" ?
