Hello, I got a message from public mobile saying I entered the wrong ESN/MEID number and that someone would contact me shortly - can someone help?

@PaulKozak I know you thought the number I sent you was Telus. Telus owns PM and they share the same porting support team. Call again and they can help on the spot. 🙂

I haven't removed my old sim card yet. I did set up an alternative number.

@PaulKozak : Can you have your old SIM in another phone? Maybe they would call that number. Did you set up an alternative number during activation? They might also call that number.

@PaulKozak Yes, there is a number you can call and talk to someone and provide them the information right a way. I will private message you the number. Check your Community inbox, envelope icon on the top right

You'd need to get in touch with an agent by sending a private message here: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
