Hi, any idea that I couldn't receive the SMS code verification in some instances such as my CRA, and other social media platforms? My plan is definitely compatible with the concern/inquiry above? Any help or lead would be much appreciated! - CHRIS

The exact same situation happened to me - unfortunately I tried to get the code several times and now I'm locked out of my CRA account. The weird thing was that about 20 to 30 minutes later I did get a slew of code numbers from CRA but my bad luck way too late and now I have to call them . Who knows whose fault it was - the CRA's or poor cell reception. Suggest you try again but be careful not to exceed 3 tries or you will be locked out and have to go through the hassle of calling them.

Hey! I also ported over a number from another institution too. In my case it was because I hadn't properly "released" the number from my old service. Once I did that and waited I believe it was a couple of business days I was able to receive 2FA again!

@TinNguyen96 if you just joined PM with porting number into PM, it could take as many as 7 days for those system generated text like 2FA to come. It takes long for systems to find out you changed provider and banks put the dalay on purpose
