Since 10 hours I’m not able to make or receive calls.
I have initiated two tickets already but got no CS agent to respond, is this normal?

It’s just insane, no response for more than 8 hours.

Depending how busy a CS_Agent are…it may take up to 4 hours.
Keep your eyes on the envelope icon.

Were the tickets opened by sending a private message or by using the chatbot? Tickets opened in the chatbot are given a higher priority rating. When it comes to wait time, this varies depending on the volume of support requests.
