NO service since porting from Fido

Hello guys,

 

So here's my situation:

- Nov 20 Initiated a port for my mothers # from Fido.

- Fido number disconnected

- No service with PM, no voice do data, no nothing, phone Samsung Nexus S

- Nov 22 filed a ticket to PM, no response

- No 26 private msged on of the mods with ticket # , no response

- Nov 29 still no service 😞

 

In her account under My Plan Details:

Pick & Pay
  • This plan includes: -
  • - 12GB Data
  • - Expired
  • - Unlimited International Text
  • - Unlimited Provincial Talk

Notice the expired, not sure what that means.

 

That's quite a bit of time, yes I understand they have a Huge back log. I would hope that they would bring someone on board to at least temporary shovel out of this pile.

Is there anything else I can do to hopefully get the service going with PM?

do you have an account balance does it saw $120 or $0?

also what does your transaction history say?

 

worst case  I might try paying  again and to top up and  activate the account then message the moderators to fix and adjust.

hi , can you make phone calls?

does the fido sim still works? if not something wrong with the phone , it is unlocked? did you got a text stating that the port was succesfull? do a reboot of the phone

the expired thiing everybody has it

another thing in the same page that you have all that info clic the the plan and add ons and see what number is there if is the number you port , again maybe the phone

try the sim on another unlocked phone if you have one
