My wife cannot log in to her p m account. She clicks change password, puts in her credentials and it changes my passwords. Our accounts are intertwined. I noticed that when the security code is sent it goes to my cell phone. Her credit card needs to be updated And I believe if this isn't done by the 20th of next month her phone is gonna stop working. Help! she has and account we just need to get into it so we can update the credit card information. i think third party verification is set to my cell phone number which is also a p m account and that might be the problem.

you have 2 accounts with PM? you aware you need 2 different email addresses for the 2 accounts ? and you sure you know both of them? Because it sounds like you might be using the one email address thinking to login on both
if you know the 2 email logins, then it could be browser cache problem and got mixed up.
Please try again using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account, or try using the PM app (logoff the app first and log back in)
