Unwanted personal greeting

I am unable to change my personal greeting.  It’s one I entered when I was away and couldn’t answer.  Now I can’t get rid of it

not sure what was wrong, but I think time to ask PM to reset the voice mailbox

Simply open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA  code when login, use email to receive code instead of SMS if you cannot receive the text on the phone.)    When open Chatbot ticket, Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

Nope. None of this works.  Tried it all and still have a greeting I don’t want

Try 3 (Greeting)-> 4 (Extended Absense) -> 7 (Delete)  (almost same as earlier except the last one is a 7 and not a 4)

if still have problem , you might need to record your regular greeting first

3(Greeting) -> 1 (Personal Greeting) -> 3 (record)

then turn on :  3(Greeting) -> 1 (Personal Greeting) -> 1 (activate a greeting)

if it still fails after you record a personal greeting, you might want to re-do cancel extended and then turn on regular greeting

3 (Greeting)-> 4 (Extended Absense) -> 7 (Delete)
3(Greeting) -> 1 (Personal Greeting) -> 1 (activate a greeting)

I have tried the suggestions.  It says I have no extended absence greeting.  However, when someone phones my number, they still receive themessage

unable to take your call and away for a number weeks.  Wrong!

try this

dial into your voicemail and log in with your PIN.
press 3 (manage greetings) ->   then 4 (manage extended absence greeting) -> then 4 to turn off your extended absence greeting
with that, your previous personal greeting goes back into effect automatically, and callers can leave you messages again.
