Hello. I was going through the process of activating my subscription and I did not know that you can’t do it while the SIM is in my phone. Now I can’t activate my subscription. Can I reset the process?

I don't recall there would be any problem if the PM sim in the phone
may I know what exact error you got? and which step out of the 6 steps you were at?
have you download the PM app and used it to activate yet? If not, please download , login and let us know if any error
