Subscribed error unactivated

  • Please can someone help us... We try to activate the subscription and there was error and it will not go back or forward we do n't know what to do... Did anyone face such a problem

If you click on the Get support link what happens? You would need to engage PM directly.  If the chatbot doesn't work, message them directly.

What is the error ? Are you porting your number from another provider? Did you use the public mobile app?

If it will not move forward, use the chatbot to contact public mobile. The orange circle at the bottom of your screen. Type customer service agent. If that still doesn't work use this link
