Message keeps saying my subscription subscription has ended

I purchased a US/Canada Unlimited Subscription on March 4.
It took almost a month to get Sim card and activate subscription. Now when I go to renew, and pay, it says it has ended... Very confusing and frustrating.

@Shawn6 as previously mentioned use the link in the message to contact public. Click on it and it will open. Type your request and press send.

I am getting the same message for 2 different accounts. How do I resolve this? Thanks.

HI @madalien if you already paid on March 4, you are locked in to the Canada-US plan, ask support agent to check and push them if they say no
