And when I try change password it will let me and rest password my question is the wrong one I never filled out the question

SIM card giving you error is the title but you are talking about Password, are you talking about My Account Passowrd?
If you cannot get pass Security question, you will have to open ticket with PM CS Agent: using the chatbot. click on the Bubble or directly at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot
Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:
Type: forgot log in information
Then Click "Contact Us" , and then click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

To reset password you have to provide answer on security question.
If you forgot it or do not have it, contact CSA.
What kind of error your SIM is giving you? No service? SIM not activated? Needs provisioning?

i suggest you close all Browser and do clear cache and cookies for any Browser,
and try open Browser incognito mode,
you can try Forgot your password visit Here link, and enter your email address,
or you need to Contact Customer Support Agent by CS_Agent, and Explain your issue to
they can solve your issue, they are nice Service Team they will help you 100%.
and them will change your security question and reset password for you,
