My service does not work

Hello

I have recently bought a sim card. After activation , Unfortunately It doesn’t work in my phone, but other sim cards work in my phon without any problem. this sim card doesn’t work in any  cellphons. 

you can call me to another phon number to fix this problem,

Were you able to get this working?

 

Does the last 4-digits of the SIM card match the digits listed under the "Change Sim Card" section in your My Profile section on your Self Serve?

 

If not, then definitely let CSA know about this.

 

IF they do match, great!

 

Sometimes a new activation can need a bit of time to 'start'.

Reboot occasionally.

Was this a number your transferred/ported from another provider?

 

If no services after a few hours of activating/porting contact CSA.

by the way do you have another device to you can test your SIM card,

and your device is it unlocked,

and if you test with another device is still not working you have to Submit a Ticket 

to Contact Customer Support Agent by  , and Explain your issue

Hello @Sahami 

Did you get charged for the Public Mobile SIM card activation?

Are you able to log into your Self Serve account and check the status? https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/

 

If not, than the activation did not complete.

Try to activate the SIM card again.

 

Did you port over a number from another cell provider (and if so, did you receive a text to approve the port on your old SIM card?)

Log into your account to check the status.  Try removing and reseating the sim. Try rebooting your phone.

@Sahami   Please remove your person data.  this is an open forum and you don't want your information goes public

 

where you got the SIM card?  Usually sim should work without much issue.   You already tried your SIM on another phone?  Usually it is provisioning issue rather than faulty sim

 

 

What is the error showing when you put the SIM in a phone?  is it SIM not provisioned?
