My samsung note 4 can make calls , but can not use data I bought add-on. Is Samsung note 4 is too low version to use the data?

@stonechucker you don't need a union that is the law. If you don't get it then simply contact the labour board Smiley Happy

@Mary_M Although I’m glad the company has coverage on holidays, I’m hoping that staff are rewarded by a day in lieu or extra pay for having to work on a statutory holiday!

 

Yup, the union guy in me is strong....always advocating!

So the mods work holidays?

@Cloudy Try setting the phone to 3G instead of LTE; many variants of that phone have poor connectivity to PM's LTE network; see https://willmyphonework.net. Be sure the APN is set up properly as suggested earlier.
