My rewards removed from my payment

Hello,
I have $8 reward, and it's deducted from my payment, every month, this month they did not decuted from my monthly bill, I do not know why.

Did you accidentally switch over to the new points system?  Then you won't get the monthly rewards, but points instead.

Starting in May, all customers will be switched to the new points system.

Rewards should arrive the day before renewal.  Use the chatbot to open a ticket and ask CSA for credit.

Your rewards will be deducted on your next renewal date and your Legacy Rewards will be switch to the Points Reward for all members in May.

I have a $10 credit for my Rewards and will be deducted on May 21.
