Hello, My request is a priority du to the fact my primary line has been disconnected by Public Mobile by mistake.
Yesterday, when I was trying to transfer a second line from another carrier to the esim of my wife, the system has replace my line to the new line, so for now, my line is no more assigned, and I only have accees to the line of my wife.
I would like to talsk to the service representative ASAP to retrieve my line

This has happened to me as well and I need a solution ASAP!! I was importing a second line from TELUS for my daughter and my primary number was replaced with her number. How do I get my number back?

Did you respond "yes" to your carrier's port request text? Which company are you porting from? Telus or Koodo?
