My porting failed, Can I recover the old number?

I attempted to port my number to PM. The port didnt go through for a long while. I then decided to use a temporal number. That worked. Soon after, I could not reach my number I was trying to port anymore, outgoing and incoming call service deactivated. This all happened today. I will like to know if I can get my number back. Seriously, I need that number.

I have called freeommobie and they are telling me the number is still with Telus. 

I haven't had any feedback from the @CS_Agent and I hope someone reply my private messages so i could at least know my options.

Step 4 - When you got the temproary number provider by PM.  Your Freedom number will be released and back to Freedom pool of phone number to be recycled after 90 days.  Since the number went back to Freedom, I don't know whether PM moderator can get it back from Freedom.

Which cellphone provider gave you your old phone number?

When a number is released, it will go back to provider who owns that number.

If it was originally from Telus or Koodo, you can get it back as cellphone providers do not recycle the used number after 90 to 180 days.

@voya  are you saying your old sim no longer works?

with a stuck port the old sim shoudl still work.

not extly understanding what you did  but most likley the mods will need to intervene.  hopefully you didnt post then chnage your number that could be problematic.  I would message the mods with exatly what you did step by step and what you want accomplished.
