I want to confirm if I change my plan successfully by myself? (changed from $25 to $34 via text message).

Hi @siyuzeng 

The way I was able to confirm that when I got that text message was to download the app. When I logged in, at the bottom left corner there was a plus with a circle around it. When I hit subscriptions, it showed there. It didn't show right away because it takes a day or so for it to register. That is how I found out. Take a look and see if it's there. If not, check back again tomorrow. 

EDIT If you said yes, you should have got a confirmation message back. If you got that, you should be fine.

first , you have the service now?

then , check My Account by login using Incognito/Private/Secret mode on your browser and check Subcription & Add-on page for plan details, see if new plan there

if in doubt, submit ticket with Cs agent
