So I've put the plan on and it won't let me send picture msgs or receive them...what I am I doing wrong? Thank you in advance. 🙂

I didnt see an answer to whether or not you are able to successfully use data for other things on your phone. If data isn’t working to access internet it wont work to send pictures. The statement by PM that Picture messaging is unlimited is because they wont count the data used t send pictures against your monthly data allotment. But data has to be turned on and working on your phone.

I've tried everything that you all have been so kind to explain...

However my phone is still not sending or receiving picture messages.

I'm older now & I'm getting frustrated. Shouldn't of changed brands of phone.

Try your SIM in another unlocked phone.

Does your data work properly?  As mentioned above, you need to turn on data for MMS messaging.  If data not working properly, then you may want to check APN settings on your phone.  Network reset.

@Gabpeeters Make sure that you have your Cellular Data turned on. It is required for sending and receiving MMS but they do not count towards any data limits you may have. Welcome to PM!
