My phone wont received calls

I have people texting me that I'm not able to get their call, It's going strait to voice mail.

Hello    How do I contact the porting team I can make calls but not one incoming since I changed the number.

Hello  I do not have silent on and I don't know what DND is? But I'm not even showing a missed call.

did you just join PM and requested porting?  if you port your number just now, then the port was not done, and you need to call porting support team

@myhandyman1 - Do you have silent / DND on? Blocked the caller on your phone?

Also try 3G and if not try to Reset Network Settings - though it will remove all saved Wi-Fi networks and Bluetooth paired devices.
