Hi,

I just subscribed to a $39/MO plan for Canada-US, with the e-SIM option, but when I got to the Step #6 I got this message: SUBSCRTION NOT ACTIVATED.

Can somebody help/guide me to get this subscription activated?

submit ticket with support . using the chat bubble bottom right of screen
