Did you just port over your number from another service provider?

Have you tried to reboot your phone? Have you tried your SIM card in a different phone to see if it works? Sometimes it needs to be reprovisioned. Let us help you figure it out before you head over to customer service.

EDIT: If you are a current customer, are you sure your invoice is paid up? You can dial 611 to confirm this.
