Recently I've ported my number from Rogers, and it has been a few weeks but my phone number is still not properly transfered.
I can't get text messages and constantly can't people's call, tried to create a ticket but I keeps getting error.
Can someone from the support team take a look at my profile and help please? I have to keep both SIM now, as a result I'm paying two bills!!

Yes the rogers SIM card is the card that "fully" functions. Public sim card is the one only "partially" functions

@MaxGuo it sounds like the port didn't complete if you're keeping both SIMs and you're still geting charged from Rogers. When the port completes it should shut down the account at the other carrier. Does the Rogers SIM still partially function?
I'll send you a PM with a number for the port team. Give them a call to see if they can sort this out for you.

@MaxGuo Use this direct link to support , I’ll also private message you the porting team number and they can re trigger the port request for you . And remember to leave old providers simcard in the phone to reply YES to the confirmation text to port number
