Tried updating my phone number in Eversafe and receive this error message
An existing EverSafe ID already exists with this phone number.
What is going on? Does someone else still have this number?

hi @LouisH you don't have another EverSafe account using that phone number to receive 2FA?? if you are sure, then ask support to clear up on the system
please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".
