My phone minutes are not available to me

Hello, Almost every time I go to call someone (locally 99%) I get a message that says I have no minutes left.  This could be any day of any month when I have not even made a call for weeks and weeks! I am supposed to have unlimited calling both locally and internationally - what do I need to do to access these minutes? AND what is a 'WEB' call ? I can see those on my history but I don't know what they are....Thanks

 @Rlq : Nobody has unlimited international. Are you calling a number in Canada?

Did the CSA reprovision your sim card or reset your account?

Web call is just data usage. If you have unlimited calling you should never be getting a no minutes left message.

 

Feel free to send a private message to CS_Agent with your account details so they can look into this for you.

Include your full name, phone and account numbers, email address, and the 4-digit PIN (if you have it), to speed up the process.
