Today was the due date to pay for my phone bill however there was some issue with my credit card so I updated my account with the new credit card. Even after updating my account who's the new credit card my phone line isn't working and I don't think the payment was taken by public mobile. Please kindly help and let me know how I can get my phone to work again as this is my business line.

Not sure if you are still having issues. You may want to try to load up funds equivalent to your plan cost.

Purchase vouchers at 7-11, Canadian Tire gas stations, London Drugs, Canadiarn Superstore, Shell, Shoppers Drugmart, Safeway or Staples then dial 611 and enter the voucher number to restore service.
For help updating your CC, contact a CS_Agent to help you update your card.

Try login My Account using incognito mode and try paying again
If that fails, you might need to buy voucher from Shoppers Drug Mart or London Drugs and then load the voucher using My Account or*611
