My plan has 60 GB / Month yet on my cell it shows only 2 GB for the month. On my account through the web site it does show the 60GB.

That 2GB number just happens to be the default warning amount on many Android phones.
Ignore that warning from your phone. As long as your phone doesn't also have an upper limit set for data use, none of this will affect you. The data use warning amount and the data cut off limit on the device can be adjusted or disabled entirely.

if you meant the PM app, drag the screen down to force a refresh.
Or better, logoff the app first, reboot phone and relogin to clear cache
