Account says active but won’t use any data so when out of wifi nothing will go through.

@Amyshen - If after you refresh (see screenshot below) your My Account account (or check 611) and you still show data remaining, check if your phone have a data limiter set on it? If so, check the settings and adjust it or turn it off.
Otherwise, what other troubleshooting have you tried?

Refresh your account page and what does the Usage Data indicate?
You can wait until your renewal top up or purchase additional data Add-on.

There's a possibilty that you could be out of data. If you dial 611 and use the option that says something about checking add-on usage, how much data does it say is reamining on your account?
