My phone is not working

My autopay didn’t go through so I paid manually. My phone got reactivated but I’m still unable to make calls. “I used up all my minutes”

same issue here, autopay didn't work so did the payment manually and now cannot make any calls because minutes are used up even tho the plan selected and paid for is unlimited minutes.

Hi @cicimay

Try turning your phone off and waiting a few seconds before turning it back on. If that doesn't work, try toggling in and out of airplane mode.

Check add-ons to purchase some calling minutes.  Or maybe it's time to upgrade your plan.
