My phone does not show 5G internet speed

Please note that I signed up for a 5G plan but my phone shows LTE speed. The phone is 5G compatible

@Ravi9XXX  Could 5G not be very strong in your area?  Have you tried to run a speed test just to see if you're getting the speed but phone is just showing LTE?

Try going to a different location with a stronger signal and you should get the better 5G speed.

All Public Mobile plans give access to the HSPA, LTE, and 5G networks.  It's possible that the 5g signal is weak or has fluctuated in your area.  Which phone model do you have?
