because I can't log into my account because Public Mobile will only send the login code to the phone number in the phone that doesnt work any more. We have spent 2 hours at least to find a work around. HELP Please

@Jim25 Do you see option that says “didn’t get code “ tap it you should get an option to send the code to email instead . If you can get logged in on new phone then just rebuy ne esim . But if you need further assistance from support here’s a direct link to them also

Do you see the option. Didn’t receive code. Click and it should offer option to send 2FA via email instead.

get a new phone, down load the PM app..log in to your acct and get a new sim.
