Just to expand on this a little, most modern devices will work fine with Public Mobile.
There are some devices that will work better than others, depending on frequencies they use. There are types of "locks" that will lock or restrict a device to a particular provider (as well as blacklists that block stolen devices, etc) but in general technology is more accessible these days.
If you're ever in doubt, it never hurts to double check. That's why we're here too! 🙂

That is an excellent phone for use on PM networks. Just ensure that phone is unlocked from any previous cell network. Also a good idea to ensure it hasn't been blacklisted or reported as stolen somewhere.
