With all the new changes to public mobile, does that mean I lost all my old badges and points that I hadn't used up until now?
I had to make a new community account as well!

HI @Anonymous we see so many community members got the name back. So, just submit a ticket with CS agent:

So when I logged into this new setup it didn't let me login to my community account directly (username and password) said it didn't work so when I logged into my regular public mobile account it just asked what I wanted my community account to be. From there it made me create this new account. If it's very straightforward I must have missed it. Being on mobile that could be the reason

@Anonymous is @Anonymous a new Community id? there are user with trouble getting back the Community id during EverSafe setup. But it is now an easy fix for PM, just need to engage them, please open ticket with them and you can get back your old id and badges in couople hours. Message them here:

You cannot 'use' badges. They are just recognition of your 'achievements'.
WHY did you have to create new Community account? Conversion was/is straight forward...

Yup, join the club. And I doubt there will be a fix.
