My public sim network is not connecting since 3 days so unable to make phone calls/text message. Did IM to chatbot and followed the steps I am not able to raise a ticket as well how many times I tried. Not getting any help/assistance or customer support number/email to contact. please advise

Tried this sim in other phone and tried other sim in this phone.but no results..I think it's PM issue

If opening a ticket does not work very first time, contact agent directly: send a private message to the CSA - agent by clicking (Ctrl+) Here
Can you try your SIM in another phone? Can you try other SIM in your phone? To determine if it is SIM, phone or PM issue.

so, it was working and just not working for 3 days? did you check My Account and see if account active?
Tried reboot the phone? maybe take sim out and test in another phone, or at least clean it and put it back
