My income call doesn't work

Since I've changed my plan my income call hasn't worked. 


@peterwong604730   honest, we do not know if they are only fixing it as tickets come in or they are great enough to check and fix for everyone affected.  It is true that weekend response is far from acceptable.  I would wait till tomorrow morning and message them again.  Hopefully your issue can be resolved before noon

Does anyone know how long it will take for them to fix this glitch? Its day 2 for me and it'll be day 3 tomorrow morning. . I need service for work tomorrow.. anyone that has experienced this issue please tell me how long it takes for them to fix this?

Same. Contact support. No incoming texts, calls or outgoing working…zero data. So far tried all support has suggested but still not working.

@Yahyamehrabi Have you tried rebooting your phone? Can you send and receive text or use data? What exactly happens when you dial out?
