My plan renewed yesterday and my cellular data is not working ? Can’t get ahold of anyone to find out why ?

@quarrington   A scheduled plan change screwed up the renewal.  That was a problem since Friday.   PM Support can certainly have the issue fixed, just hope they get to your ticket soon

 

I would wait till tomorrow morning and message them again for an update. 

 

@quarrington- Yes that's a ridiculously stupid bug that has affected people for a couple days. You'll need to wait for a response.

I am having the same issue, I've submitted a ticket but no resolution yet... would love to hear if there is a fix possible on our end

Same here. Service renewed yesturday and shows active but in fact have NO SERVICE on my phone with incoming calls or texts and zero data

While it is not encouraged to bypass the ticketing system, if you are struggling with initiating one, you can private message the CSA team directly using this link.  You will not get a ticket number and response time might be longer than using the ticketing system.

@HS3 , by chance did you do a plan change as part of renewal?  The renewal bug has reared its ugly head in recent days.  Are you able to confirm that your self serve account is in active status and restoring it to active status if suspended.  If assistance is required, use the chatbot link at the bottom of the webpage to initiate a support ticket.
