if she's away from Canada...once she returns to Canada, she can log in to her account. Just as long as she renews it within 90 days of last Suspend. After 90 days, the account is deactivated for good.

If she has her phone with her, ask her if she has the app. She can sign in from there.
If not, does she have access to a computer or laptop? She can come here and we can help her.
Other is, you can try logging into her account and when it asks for the 6 digit code, it will go to her phone. She'll have to tell you what it is. Then you can see why.
EDIT: Where is she located right now? In Canada, US, overseas?
