 I paid my bill on the 31st I paid $60 and I have no data can you please give me a callxxxxxx so I can figure out what's the problem if I have to pay more or whatever but I'm lost because I have no data

@Kitty1000 can you check your self-service account? How much data left it shows there? When is your renewal date? Did you try restarting your phone? Maybe your plan was not renewed yet, then if you need data now, you have to buy data addon.
