So my data reset as my renew date is November 30th, however payment hasn't come out and under the data reset it still says October 31st to November 30th. I don't know how to fix it seeing as only part updated?

your service should still be up and running while PM is renewing your account. On the early morning of the renewal, the info shows on My Account is sometimes confusing, But usually after 7AM ET, the plan should be fully renewed and information will be correctly showing again. But avoid cache confusion, please check My Account using a browser with Incognito mode, or if you use the app, please logoff, and relogin

As long as all your services are working you are fine. Do nothing.

So no worry about service freezing up on my while out and about then? I hate when that happens.

Do not worry….renewal process takes time. Check later tomorrow morning and everything will be fine.
