Today the data not working at all

did you try Reset network settings?

which area you are in ?

check you check Telus outage? there is some wireless interruption in the West

And ask PM support agent to check and reset the account

submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

             Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".

I did check everything shows okay 

But the data work slow like 1G not 5G

 i don't know why it show 5G+ 

Can't even load google.ca need 3to 5 mins 

 

And every 20mins i need to reboot the phone 

It looks fake 5G

check any outage int he area

and try Reboot phone and Reset network settings
